CarrGO is a multi-purpose Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) developed for transporting crates, boxes, and multi-order totes in e-commerce warehouses, Dark Store operations, and manufacturing facilities. It adapts to various task scenarios, including order picking, inter-station transfer, and assembly line feeding.
While the MWS Orchestration Platform directs robot tasks and subsystems, the CMS robot management software centrally controls peripheral devices, traffic flow, and route plans, enabling the CarrGO fleet to operate synchronously with warehouse processes.
- Multi-Order Picking: Supported by an 80x60 cm loading surface architecture, it accommodates different crate and box configurations to handle multiple orders within a single picking tour.
- Multiplied Picking Productivity: Reduces operator walking and transport times, increasing picking capacity up to 5 times in suitable operations.
- Verification at Every Stage: Fully integrated barcode verification via mobile devices, P2L systems, and optional weight verification features minimize picking errors, preserving customer satisfaction and lowering return costs.
- Dynamic Route and Traffic Management: Robot missions are planned in real time by the CMS robot management layer based on warehouse traffic and operational priorities.
- Industrial Safety:Detects moving and stationary obstacles within the facility using advanced environmental perception sensors. Adaptive speed and obstacle avoidance features ensure controlled navigation in zones shared with pedestrians and equipment.
- System Integration: Manages order, inventory, and system data synchronously via WMS, OMS, and ERP connections.
